RETAIL ASSOCIATE: PART TIME & Holiday HELP

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure the highest level of customer care, in line with our specific service expectations.
  • Build genuine relationships with customers.
  • Determine the customer’s needs and offer suggestions or alternatives.
  • Ensure a customer’s positive final impression at check out point by following all company procedures.
  • Practice proper phone and in person etiquette.
  • Help to maintain organization, cleanliness, and restock.
  • Uphold all company policies.

HOUSEKEEPING ASSOCIATE

As part of our team, you would provide excellent customer service to our patrons in a friendly and caring approach. Housekeeping associates must have a positive demeanor and excellent work ethic. You must be able to interact at a high level with associates and patrons, have strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and a friendly personality.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Clean and maintain prep areas.
  • Sweep and wash floors, wash windows and walls, dust fixtures.
  • Remove trash from work areas to the loading dock/dumpster.
  • Move furniture, supplies, and equipment.
  • Maintain and report stock levels of cleaning supplies. 

Due to the cyclical nature of our industry, you may be required to work varying schedules to reflect our business needs. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.
